HEAD COACH: Nate Butte
Coach Butte is returning in 2026 for his sixth season with the Varsity Elks. He has devoted over twelve years of service to building the ER football program with contributions at the youth (4 years coaching & 3 years board member), middle (2 years coaching) and junior varsity (1 year coaching) levels, along with 5 years previous service in his hometown of Howell. Additionally, Coach Butte has 13 years of playing experience at multiple levels. He believes in the importance of building program success from the bottom up - and models this by creating
meaningful experiences for players of all ages.
